Hummus & Olive Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Two slices of bread
  • 1 -2 tbsp hummus
  • 8 or so Kalamata olives sliced
  • Cucumber sliced thinly
  • Cheese (I typically use cheddar) sliced
  • Fresh spinach or other greens Optional

Instructions

Spread hummus on both sides of your bread (or one idc)

Place the sliced cheese, cucumber and olives on your bread in which ever order you want

Top with spinach or another green if you want

Add a little bit of pepper

Form into sandwich and enjoy!
