Sweet and Sour Sauce
bdIngredients
- 3 x15 ml spoons Vinegar
- 3 x15 ml spoons Sugar
- 1 x2.5 ml spoon Salt
- 1 x15 ml spoon Tomato puree
- 1 x15 ml spoon Soy sauce
- 1 x15 ml spoon Cornflour
- 1 x5 ml spoon Sesame oil
- Juice of 1 fresh pineapple, or juice from tin

Mix together all the sauce ingredients

Fry any veg required for the meal in 1x15ml spoon of oil.

Add the sauce and stir until it thickens and there is not much sauce left.
