Ingredients
- cauliflower 1 large, leaves reserved
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- rose harissa 2 tbsp
- garlic 1 clove, finely chopped
- chickpeas 400g tin, rinsed and drained (see cook’s notes)
- tahini 2 tbsp
- lemon 1, juiced
- coriander a small bunch, roughly chopped
- hazelnuts 50g
- cumin seeds ½ tsp
- coriander seeds ½ tsp
- fennel seeds ¼ tsp
- sesame seeds 2 tsp
