Ingredients

  • cauliflower 1 large, leaves reserved
  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • rose harissa 2 tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove, finely chopped
  • chickpeas 400g tin, rinsed and drained (see cook’s notes)
  • tahini 2 tbsp
  • lemon 1, juiced
  • coriander a small bunch, roughly chopped
  • hazelnuts 50g
  • cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • coriander seeds ½ tsp
  • fennel seeds ¼ tsp
  • sesame seeds 2 tsp
