Ingredients

  • 1 corn cob leaves and silk removed
  • 25 g butter softened
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • A few parsley leaves chopped

Instructions

Mash together the butter, garlic and parsley

Place the corn cob on a sheet of foil, then spread with the butter

Wrap the corn in the foil and bake for 30 minutes
