Ingredients
- 1 corn cob leaves and silk removed
- 25 g butter softened
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- A few parsley leaves chopped

Mash together the butter, garlic and parsley

Place the corn cob on a sheet of foil, then spread with the butter

Wrap the corn in the foil and bake for 30 minutes
