Ingredients
- 120 g plain flour
- 60 g caster sugar
- 60 g butter at room temperature cut into pieces
Instructions

Tip the flour and caster sugar into a large bowl.

Add the butter, then rub into the flour using your fingertips to make a light breadcrumb texture. Do not overwork it or the crumble will become heavy.

Spread over fruit in an ovenproof dish and bake until starting to brown.
