Crispy Fried Quorn

- 200 g Quorn Chunks
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 x15ml spoon Cornflour
- 3 x15ml spoons plain flour
- Oil for deep frying

Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan

Put the Quorn in a bowl, add the egg and cornflour then blend well.

Coat each piece of Quorn in flour and deep fry for 3 minutes.
