Crispy Fried Quorn

Ingredients

  • 200 g Quorn Chunks
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 x15ml spoon Cornflour
  • 3 x15ml spoons plain flour
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan

Put the Quorn in a bowl, add the egg and cornflour then blend well.

Coat each piece of Quorn in flour and deep fry for 3 minutes.
