Celery Soup
bdIngredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove peeled and sliced
- 300 g celery sliced, with tough strings removed
- black pepper
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 500 ml vegetable stock
Instructions

Heat the oil in a soup maker and fry the garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the celery, pepper and caraway. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the stock and cook for 30 minutes.

Liquidise and check for seasoning.
