Ingredients

  • 90 g shallots
  • 120 g button mushrooms
  • 15 g butter
  • 570 cl red wine
  • bouquet garni
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 cans mixed beans
  • 3 tsp vegetarian gravy granules

    Instructions

    Sweat shallots and mushrooms in butter

    Add wine and herbs.

    Boil for about 25 minutes to reduce

    Add tomato purée and beans

    Bring to boil, add gravy granules and simmer until thickened

    Serve with wild rice and garlic bread
