Oven: 350ºF

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg firm tofu drained
  • 1 c oats
  • 1/4 c cooked lentils
  • 2 tbsp celery diced
  • 2 tbsp Spanish onion diced
  • 2 tbsp red pepper diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl

    Take a muffin tin and baking cup.

    Spray cups with cooking spray.

    Spread some ketchup in cup with brush

    Bake at 350 for 20-25min

    Let rest 5 min and serve
