Ingredients
- 60 g quick oats
- 70 g quick oats
- 50 g sugar
- 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 80 g canned pumpkin
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil or nut butter of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add wet ingredients and stir to form a batter. Add a little extra milk if needed.

Form balls, then place on a cookie tray and flatten a little.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, let cool 10 minutes.
