Ingredients
- 2/3 c low-fat (2%) milk
- 1/2 c rolled oats (not quick cooking)
- 1/2 c low-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- salt
- 1/2 c fresh blueberries
Instructions

Put milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a 1-pint jar with a lid. Cover and shake until combined. Gently stir in blueberries. Refrigerate, covered, up to 8 hours (overnight).
