No-Cook Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c low-fat (2%) milk
  • 1/2 c rolled oats (not quick cooking)
  • 1/2 c low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1/2 c fresh blueberries

Instructions

Put milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a 1-pint jar with a lid. Cover and shake until combined. Gently stir in blueberries. Refrigerate, covered, up to 8 hours (overnight).
