Ingredients
- 4 lb Golden Delicious or Braeburn apples peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 c AP flour
- 3/4 c rolled oats
- 3/4 c almonds slivered
- 3/4 c brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c unsalted butter
Instructions

Combine apple slices, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cornstarch and cook sous vide at 155 for an hour.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, almonds, brown sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt. Work with fingers into a crumble.

When the apples are ready, transfer to a greased casserole dish, cover with crumbled topping, and bake at 375 until done.
