Ingredients
- 4 -6 FlatOut Original Wraps
- 2 -3 cups spinach
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 c vegan mayo
- 1/2 c celery, sliced
- 1/2 c grapes, halved
- 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 c sweet onions, diced
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds Optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Pat your chickpeas dry, making sure no excess moisture remains from washing them.

Combine all chickpea salad ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well combined.

Lay a FlatOut Wrap flat, and layer in about 1/2 cup of spinach and 1 cup of chickpea salad.

Do this for all wraps.
