Ingredients

  • 4 -6 FlatOut Original Wraps
  • 2 -3 cups spinach
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 c vegan mayo
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 c sweet onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds Optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

Pat your chickpeas dry, making sure no excess moisture remains from washing them.

Combine all chickpea salad ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well combined.

Lay a FlatOut Wrap flat, and layer in about 1/2 cup of spinach and 1 cup of chickpea salad.

Do this for all wraps.
