
A moist, rich dark chocolate cake in a creatively festive spiral bundt cake pan. Sure to please a crowd!

Oven: 350ºF
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 c white sugar
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 3/4 c cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c strong black coffee
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
Ganache
- 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Decorations
- 1/4 c mini chocolate chips Optional
- 1/4 c walnuts chopped Optional
- 1 c raspberries Optional
Instructions
Mix

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

Add wet ingredients, mix for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin.

Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Recommended: Spiral Bundt Cake Pan
Bake

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Glaze

Heat the cream in a saucepan or microwave until steaming. Remove from heat, add chocolate and butter, stir until melted and blended.

Let sit for a few minutes to cool and thicken.

Pour over cake. Top with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts.
