Turkey Meatballs

Add salt and more parmesean cheese.

Oven: 425ºF

Ingredients

  • 85 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 454 g ground turkey
  • 2 garlic
  • 30 g parmesean cheese
  • black pepper
  • 1 g oregano
  • 20 g fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 egg
  • canola oil

Instructions

Mix milk and panko in large bowl until breadcrumbs are soggy.

Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix with hands until well combined.

Form into meatballs and place on a well oiled baking sheet and bake at 425º to an internal temperature of 160ºF, about 15 minutes.
