Pumpkin Waffles

- 2 1/2 c AP flour
 - 3/10 c packed brown sugar
 - 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
 - 2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 tsp ground ginger
 - 1/4 tsp ground cloves
 - 4 eggs
 - 1 c buttermilk
 - 6 tsp butter
 - 15 oz canned pumpkin
 - canola spray
 
Instructions

sift together dry ingredients. Whisk eggs, add melted butter, buttermilk, and pumpkin until even.

Add wet to dry and stir until just combined.

Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

Spray iron with canola oil and cook waffles.

Transfer waffles to 250º oven to keep warm if desired.
