Chocolate Waffles

Ingredients

  • 7 oz AP flour
  • 1 3/4 oz sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 oz butter
  • 16 oz buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients.

Beat together eggs and melted butter. Add butterminlk and vanilla extract to the mix.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Add chocolate chips, comibine, and cook in a waffle iron until golden.
