Ingredients
- Cake Filling
- 3 8oz cream cheese packages, room temperature
- 3 large eggs, separated, room temperature
- 4 Level Tablespoons Presto Flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c of milk
- Crust
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 Bag chip ahoy chocolate chip cookies

Set oven to 350 degrees.

For the cake filling, combine cream cheese, egg yolks, and flour. Mix until smooth. Add vanilla and milk and beat thoroughly. Separately, beat remaining egg whites until peaks are noted. Fold egg whites into cheesecake mixture.

For the crust: Beat chocolate chip cookies in food processor. Combine with melted butter. Press evenly into bottom of springform pan so mixture goes up the sides of pan a little bit.

Pour cake filling into crust. Bake for an hour and 10 minutes until brown. It will be soft. Allow to cool before removing from the springform pan.
