Ingredients
Filling
- 3 c sweet potatoes
- 1 c sugar
- 3/10 c unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 c heavy cream, half-and-half, or whole milk
Topping
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3/10 c flour
- 1 c pecans or walnuts

Combine all ingredients with fork.
Filling

Mix all ingredients except cream with electric mixer. Add cream and mix to combine.

Pour into 1.5 qt casserole dish. Add topping.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
