Ingredients

  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1/4 c sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp amaro, whiskey, or rum
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 1/2 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 pt berries

In a stand mixer, beat cream, sour cream/yogurt, powdered sugar, amaro, and salt until soft peaks form

Fold in chocolate
