Jello Pudding Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 package bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 c butter Divided
  • 3/10 c water
  • 1 package chocolate Jello pudding powder
  • 1 c powdered sugar

Instructions

Microwave 4 chocolate squares, 6T butter, and water for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.

Add Jello mix and stir until blended.

Add sugar 1 cup at a time, stirring until blended each time,

Press mixture into foil-lined pan.

Microwave remaining chocolate and butter until butter is melted and stir until chocolate is melted.

Spread over pudding mix.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 48 1-inch squares.
