Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 oz honey mustard
  • 3 c plain breadcrumbs

Dredge the chicken breasts in the honey mustard and then the breadcrumbs.

Bake on a lightly greased sheet pan until cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF, about 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness.
