Oven: 300ºF
Ingredients
- 3 rolled oats
- 1 c nuts
- 1 c seeds
- 1 c puffed rice (or something else)
- 1/2 c honey or agave
- 1/2 c coconut or canola oil
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cardamom
- 1 nutmeg
- 1 salt
- 1 dried fruit Optional

6 parts wet, 1 part dry.

Mix the dry ingredients. 3 parts rolled oats, 1 part nuts, 1 part seeds, 1 part something else (puffed rice works well).

Whisk wet ingredients. Half sweetener and half oil. One egg white can be added now too.

Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, cardamom, nutmeg, and salt.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread granola out, and bake at 300º, stirring every 15 minutes unitl golden brown for 40 minutes.

Add dried fruit at the end.
