Oven: 350ºF
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped pecans
Instructions

Beat 2 egg whites till it stands in a peak.

Add a pinch of salt & 2/3 cup sugar.

Add 1 cup chocolate chips & 1 cup chopped pecans.

Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Turn oven to 350 degrees. When preheated, put cookies then turn oven off.

Don’t open oven till next morning. Cookies will be done.
