All the taste of a cinnamon bun in a healthy, fruit-packed smoothie.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 c nondairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
