Oven: 350ºF
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 20 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 20 wide noodles (8 for little tray, 10 for big)
- 1 lb mozzarella shredded
- 15 oz ricotta

Start browning beef and garlic

Put tomatoes in bowl together.

Cook the noodles. Drain them after 8ish minutes and let them cool to the side.

Remove fat from beef.

Add tomato paste, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Smell occasionally to see if it smells "like it should." Probably add more garlic, oregano, and pepper.

Alternate layers of noodles, cheeses, and meat sauce in 7- by 11-inch baking dish.

Bake in 350º oven for 40-45 minutes.
