Oven: 350ºF
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 20 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 8 oz wide noodles cooked
- 1 lb mozzarella shredded
- 15 oz ricotta
Instructions

Brown beef and garlic. Remove fat.

Add tomato paste, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Smell occasionally to see if it smells "like it should." Probably add more garlic, oregano, and pepper.

Halfway through the sauce simmering, start cooking the noodles.

Alternate layers of noodles, cheeses, and meat sauce in 7- by 11-inch baking dish.

Bake in 350º oven for 40-45 minutes.
