Oven: 500ºF
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c AP Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 c of Water (plus about 1/4c to get the dough workable)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees with pizza trays.

Quickly mix the dough together. If it’s too dry add more water.

Used a pasta maker to press it into sheets going from the max down to a 3.

Cut the sheets into reasonable pieces. Poke the sheets with a fork so they don’t turn into balloons.

Sprinkle a little salt on top. Place into the oven cook for about 2 min per side.
