Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, small
- 1/2 c non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt*
- 2/3 c apple sauce, unsweetened
- 1/4 c rolled oats**
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c almond milk, unsweetened
- optional: handful of fresh spinach or kale
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
