Oreo Balls

Smash the oreos until you have fine crumbs (I put them in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin, but you can use a blender/food processor as well) Add in room temperature cream cheese to oreo crumbs and mix very well Use a small icecream scoop to make round balls and place on cookie sheet (I place on parchment paper) Place in the freezer until chilled Melt chocolate and take out one tray at a time (the balls can become too warm to dip if out too long) Dip chocolate balls into melted chocolate and immediately decorate Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 2+ weeks
