  • 1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/4 c olive oil (to replace the tahini)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
