Chicken Salad with apples and peppers

Ingredients

  • lb chicken breasts
  • c bone broth
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 1/2 jar of roasted red peppers dried and chopped
  • 1 apple chopped

Instructions

Add chicken, bone broth, turmeric, salt, pepper and coconut oil to slow cooker. Cook chicken for 4.5 - 5 hrs on high.

shred chicken and let cool in bone broth

Add mayonnaise, red peppers and apple to chicken and mix well. Refrigerate.
