Ingredients
- Spiralized Butternut Squash
 - 2 TBs olive oil
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Spinach
 - roasted red peppers
 - walnuts chopped
 - Vegan cheese to sprinkle on top

heat oil and garlic powder

add in squash and cook for 10 minutes

add in remaining ingredients and cook until squash is soft
